Deleting your Nova account is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you understand what will be removed before continuing.
To delete your account, you must be signed in to delete your account from the app:
Sign in to your Nova account.
Open Settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen.
Select Delete Account.
Read the information shown and complete the confirmation steps.
Select Confirm to permanently delete your account.
If you cannot sign in or access the deletion option, contact our support team at [email protected] . Include the email address associated with your account and your User ID, if available. We may ask for additional information to verify that you own the account.
Deleting your Nova account does not necessarily cancel a subscription purchased through the App Store, Google Play or the web. To prevent future charges, cancel the subscription separately through the platform that billed you and check its cancellation status
